เมื่อก่อน กระผมเป็นพรานเนื้อ เป็นผู้มีฝ่ามือเปื้อนโลหิต เป็นคนหยาบช้าทารุณ มีใจประทุษร้ายในสัตว์เป็นอันมาก เพราะอาศัยอุบาสกเป็นกัลยาณมิตร กระผมจึงฆ่าสัตว์เฉพาะกลางวัน กลางคืนเป็นผู้สำรวมงดเว้นจากปาณาติบาต เพราะฉะนั้นกลางคืนกระผมจึงได้รับความสุข กลางวันได้เสวยทุกข์ ถูกสุนัขมีจิตเดือดดาลพากันห้อมล้อม กัดกินกระผมรอบด้าน
เลิกเหล้าได้แต่เลิกเที่ยวบาร์ไม่ได้ควรทำอย่างไรดี
ถ้าเป็นผู้ชายแล้วยังเจ้าชู้ ชอบเที่ยวบาร์ เที่ยวคลับ เที่ยวย่ำยีผู้หญิง เดี๋ยวมันก็ได้กลับไปเข้าวงจรเดิมอีกคือต้องมาเกิดเป็นผู้หญิงอีก วงจรชีวิตจะเป็นอย่างนี้
